Why the last one didn't stick

A sentence is easy to doubt. Something you did is not.

Most affirmation apps hand you a line someone else wrote and ask you to believe it. If it never quite landed for you, that wasn't a lack of belief. A sentence with nothing behind it is hard for anyone to believe.

Confy starts from the other end: something you actually did — the call you made, the room you walked into. Every affirmation points back to that moment, so there is something real behind the words.

How it works

Three steps. Specific enough that you can't talk yourself out of it.

A few taps, not an essay

What you did, who was there, how much you dreaded it. Almost every question is a tap, and a written note is optional.

Affirmations from your own evidence

The app turns what you logged into an affirmation, with the date it happened, and shows it at a time you choose.

Proof that it is getting easier

You note how bad you expect it to be and how it actually went. Over time, the same kind of situation shows its own number falling.
